Symbol / Warning Light Meaning What to Do
Check Engine Light Indicates a problem with the engine, emissions system, or related sensors. If steady, have the vehicle diagnosed soon. If flashing, stop driving when safe because severe engine damage may occur.

Battery / Charging Warning Light The charging system may not be working correctly. Check the alternator, battery, drive belt, and charging system.
Brake Warning Light May indicate the parking brake is engaged, low brake fluid, or a brake-system fault. Release the parking brake. If the light remains on, inspect the braking system immediately.

Tire Pressure Warning Light One or more tires may be underinflated, or the TPMS may have a fault. Check and adjust tire pressures to the Lexus specification.

PCS Warning Light Indicates a problem with the Pre-Collision System or that the system is temporarily unavailable. Clean sensors/cameras and check the display message. Service may be required.
Lane Departure / LTA Indicator Shows the status of Lane Departure Alert or Lane Tracing Assist. Usually informational; a warning may mean the system is unavailable or requires attention.
Low Fuel Warning Light Fuel level is low. Refuel as soon as possible.
Seat Belt Warning Light A driver or passenger seat belt is not fastened. Fasten all occupied-seat seat belts.
Door Open Warning A door, hatch, or trunk is not fully closed. Stop safely and close it securely.
